Tickit Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

Who we are

Tickit is a shared-moment game that brings us closer together. A host creates a game, players join with a room code, everyone gets their own board, and tapping a square that actually happened posts it to a live shared feed. Tickit is operated by Cormens OÜ (registry code 17497453), a company registered in Estonia. By using Tickit you agree to these terms.

Accounts and guests

You need an account to host a game. Playing does not require one. If someone shares a room code or a link with you, you pick a display name and start playing as a guest. Guests are recognised by a long-lived cookie in the browser, so clearing it or switching device can mean picking your name again. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you must be old enough to agree to these terms in your country.

What costs money

Playing is always free. Hosting is also free for one game of up to 5 players: you can create, share and finish a game that size without paying anything. The free allowance covers one game at a time: to host another for free, buy player slots for the one you have (which frees the allowance) or delete it. For bigger games there are two options. Tickit Pro costs 5.99 euros per month and gives every game you host unlimited player slots. Or you can buy one-off player slot packs for a single game: 5 euros adds 10 player slots, 25 euros adds 100. Packs stack on top of the free slots and on each other, so you can buy more than one for the same game. When a game is full, new players cannot join until the host buys more slots. Nothing changes for the people already in it. Prices may change for new purchases at any time. We will not change what an existing subscriber pays without telling them first.

Billing

Payments are handled by Paddle, who is the merchant of record for your purchase. We never see or store your card details. Tickit Pro renews automatically every month until you cancel, which you can do at any time from the billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. Player slot packs are one-time purchases and do not renew. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.

Your content

You own what you create in Tickit: your game titles, the squares in your content pool, and the photos you upload. Anything you post inside a game is visible to the other players in that game, including your marks, your display name and any photo you attach. The host of a game can download every board in it as a PDF and every photo in it as a ZIP file. Do not post anything in a game that you would not want the other players and the host to keep. We do not sell your content and we do not use it to train AI models.

AI suggestions

When a host asks Tickit to suggest squares, the description they write is sent to Anthropic and processed by a Claude model. Nothing a player marks or uploads is sent. Suggestions never enter a game until the host approves them one at a time. We keep a log of these requests so we can review their quality.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tickit to harass or abuse other people, to break the law, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. Do not upload photos of people who have not agreed to be photographed, and do not upload anything illegal, hateful, or sexual involving minors. We can remove content and close games that break this.

No warranty

Tickit is a party game. We provide it as it is and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from your use of it.

Ending your account

You can delete your account and the data tied to it at any time from your profile. We may suspend or close an account or a game that breaks these terms, or that we are required to close by law. If we close a paid game because of a rule breach, we do not refund it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Tickit changes. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or with a notice in the app before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are handled by the courts of Estonia, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.
